There\u2019s something about getting outside that just resets everything. Whether life feels overwhelming, joyful, or just a bit \u201cmeh,\u201d a good walk always seems to work its magic. So, I\u2019m setting myself a challenge, inspired by the spring being in the air- one month, as many walks from my checklist as I can tick off.<\/p>

Here\u2019s where I plan to go:<\/p>

\u2b55\ufe0f Ancient woodland nearby \u2013 There\u2019s something about stepping into a forest that\u2019s been around for centuries. It feels like a portal to another time.<\/p>

\u2b55\ufe0f A woodland with a stream \u2013 The dream walk. Trees, birdsong, and the sound of running water? Absolute bliss.<\/p>

\u2b55\ufe0f A beach \u2013 Wind in my hair, sand underfoot, and the rhythmic crash of waves. Yes, please.<\/p>

\u2b55\ufe0f Local walk \u2013 Whether it\u2019s through the city streets or a countryside track, every walk counts.<\/p>

\u2b55\ufe0f A waterfall in Wales \u2013 A little further afield, but imagine the payoff.<\/p>

\u2b55\ufe0f A forest, a hill, a quarry, a mountain \u2013 Each with its own kind of beauty, waiting to be explored.<\/p>

\u2b55\ufe0f The Peak District, the North Coast \u2013 Bucket-list worthy, and hopefully making the cut this month!<\/p>
